WHO WE ARE
PRESIDENT
A 3rd generation homebuilder, Brian Perkinson holds a degree in Wood Science & Forest Products from Virginia Tech’s School of Natural Resources. He founded Perkinson Homes in 2008, during the beginning of the housing downturn. While many home builders compromised craftsmanship and quality work amid trying times, Brian grew the business through his relentless love for building unique custom homes. He enjoys the intricacies of custom work—never building the same home twice. Believing the smallest details matter, he promotes to his team members the concept of quality over quantity. Brian is known for integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to family values. He is a HBAR and NAHB Builder 20 member.
When he’s not leading his team, Brian enjoys offshore fishing and duck hunting. He proudly lives in a Perkinson Home with his wife Regina, two children, and three dogs.
